You will study the FP1 pure mathematics unit plus two further units.

A2 Level Course content:

You will study two further units of pure mathematics, FP2 and FP3 and one further applied unit.

Further Mathematics is not an essential requirement for those wishing to study Mathematics at university but it would be extremely useful. Students who want to study for a degree in Mathematics, particularly at Oxford or Cambridge, should be doing Further Mathematics.
