“Taste of Christmas” – Gordon Ramsay

Year 10 Food Technology students were very fortunate to be given complimentary tickets to the Food Show at Docklands, courtesy of Mr Agostini.
There were many opportunities to see different perspectives on Christmas food which was the topic for this term. The highlight of the trip was a demonstration of festive food by Gordon Ramsay.
Naomi Freeman was chosen from the audience to sample the food – lucky girl!
