Year 9 visit to the Royal Opera House

On Friday 6th February, we went to see ‘Rigoletto’ at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden.
The singing was amazing; every single actor and actress could sing beautifully. They hit every note and could also sustain all the notes. I think what really showed their skills was that, although they did not need microphones, we could still hear everything. Not only was their singing beautiful but also the outfits were exquisite and enhanced the performance. The stage set moved with the themes and actors which was very clever.
Overall, I thought it was an amazing performance and a wonderful experience.
