St Catherine’s is a school very proud of its friendly atmosphere, excellent pastoral care and strong academic reputation. Our School Mission captures the spirit of our happy, confident and inclusive community.

We seek to appoint an experienced, qualified, enthusiastic and highly-motivated teacher who will contribute to the teaching and learning of German to A level standard and make a significant contribution to the learning experiences of pupils at St Catherine’s. To do this we aim to provide stimulating teaching in an attractive and disciplined learning environment. Everything undertaken within the language classrooms is intended to enable students to communicate effectively in the target language.

All members of staff at St Catherine’s are expected to be fully supportive of the aims and ethos of a Catholic school and to share pastoral responsibility. The School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
