On Thursday 5 March, the Prep department celebrated World Book Day in style. This year, inconjunction with International Women’s Day, the girls were encouraged to come dressed as theirfavourite female book character, female author, or character created by a female author, with amazing,incredibly imaginative results.
To help us celebrate WBD we were joined byLillie from The Drama Hut who ran a series ofworkshops for the girls. The workshops were all verylively with the use ofimprovisation, role play andmovement to take the girlson a journey into the worldof storytelling. I trust that they all came away inspired for their own writing.
