Year 7 had a wonderful time in English when their Bookbuzz books arrived. The girls were delighted to receive their books, and spent time reading them, discussing them and sharing them with their classmates. The aim of Bookbuzz is to encourage children and young people to read for pleasure and to get excited about books and reading.
Bookbuzz gives pupils the opportunity to choose and keep their own book from a list of specially-selected titles. The programme is run by BookTrust, the UK’s largest reading charity. We hope our Year 7s enjoy their Bookbuzz books and are inspired to keep reading and discovering new books and authors. Happy reading!
